Jeffrey J. Goldin
Owner
Jeffrey Goldin has tried numerous complex commercial disputes with an emphasis on business divorces and dissolution; real estate and title litigation; construction defect and negligence claims; professional negligence and legal malpractice actions; and contract disputes.
For over a decade, Jeffrey Goldin has appeared in courts throughout the country representing various individuals and small business clients in a wide range of matters.
Jeffrey is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, but has represented clients in states such as Florida, New York, Nevada, and Georgia.
Jeffrey also has extensive appellate experience and has both briefed and appeared before various appellate courts, including the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Often part-in-parcel to his litigation practice, Jeffrey Goldin provides clients with transactional representation with matters such as: shareholder and asset purchase and sale agreements; commercial real estate transactions; employment and contractor agreements; and various partnership and joint venture agreements.
Fluent in Russian, Jeffrey Goldin has continued to serve the Greater Philadelphia Eastern European community providing both litigation and transactional services.

Prior Work Experience
Prior to forming Goldin Law Group, P.C., Jeffrey J. Goldin worked for a Northeast Philadelphia for a community tailored high volume general litigation practice engaged. There, Jeffrey served as a senior associate at the firm and oversaw the entirety of the firm’s commercial litigation practice as well as trial counsel on numerous personal injury and criminal matters. While there, Jeffrey tailored his practice to assisting businesses and individuals in the Greater Philadelphia Eastern European community with various legal matters, including business litigation, personal injury litigation, and criminal defense work.
Following that, Jeffrey Goldin joined Alan L. Frank Law Associates where he served as one of the firm’s senior trial attorneys. During his time at the firm, Jeffrey successfully tried several juries and bench trials to verdict, often teaming up with the firm’s founder Alan Frank, which have yielded many positive results for his clients.
Honors, Memberships, and Affiliations
Since 2016, Jeffrey Goldin has been annually selected for inclusion on the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in Civil Litigation, a distinction only 2.5% of Pennsylvania attorneys receive.
Jeffrey Goldin has been previously selected to the National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 under 40 in 2014 and has been featured as a top lawyer in the 2015 Global Directory of Who’s Who for Executives and Professionals.
Jeffrey is presently a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and held pervious memberships with the New Jersey Association for Justice, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the National Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.
Jeffrey is also a certified arbitrator in Philadelphia County and actively chairs and adjudicates cases heard in the Philadelphia Arbitration Program.
In 2024, Jeffrey began volunteering in the Philadelphia Courts as a “Judge Pro Tempore” a.k.a Settlement Conference Judge to assist the courts in mediating litigation matters before they go to trial.
Personal Life
Jeffrey Goldin lives in the Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia with his wife, Megan, who is also an attorney, their son Jack, and their Cavapoo, C.J. (named after Chief Justice Earl Warren).
Daniel A. Ross
Of Counsel
Daniel Ross has spent over a decade representing clients in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey in a variety of matters; including, commercial and residential real estate transactions; business transactions and disputes; contracts and purchase/sale agreements preparation; estate formation; contract related disputes; and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) litigation.
Daniel’s career began with his working with multiple complex commercial litigation firms; however, Daniel has transitioned his practice to focusing on the representation of small businesses and individuals who require the expertise and assistance of dedicated counsel – but without the big price tag that comes with retaining a larger complex commercial litigation practice.

Honors, Memberships, and Affiliations
Daniel is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice and the American Bar Association. Daniel is also a certified arbitrator in Philadelphia County where he serves in the adjudication of arbitration level matters via the Philadelphia Arbitration Program.
Personal Life
Daniel lives in East Falls with his wife, Jennifer, and their pomsky puppy, Rusty. Daniel and Rusty make their East Falls’ rounds every afternoon/evening, with Rusty stopping to say hello to each and every passerby, doing his part to make the world a better place one person at a time. Daniel endeavors to do his best to follow Rusty’s example, both in his practice and personal life
